Sous Vide Heart Shaped Burgers
Ingredients for 1
12 oz of freshly ground beef
Heart shaped cookie cutter (optional)
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 133ºF / 56.1ºC
Mold burgers into a heart shape, using cookie cutter or hand molding. Season with salt and pepper.
Place in ziplock bag, and place in water bath. Sous vide for 2 hours.
Remove burgers from bag, and pat dry with paper towel.
Heat cast-iron skillet over high heat. Place burgers in skillet and sear for 30 seconds per side.
Assemble the perfect love burger and enjoy!
