  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 133ºF / 56.1ºC
  2. Mold burgers into a heart shape, using cookie cutter or hand molding. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in ziplock bag, and place in water bath. Sous vide for 2 hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove burgers from bag, and pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Heat cast-iron skillet over high heat. Place burgers in skillet and sear for 30 seconds per side.
  3. Assemble the perfect love burger and enjoy!
