Ingredients for 12

  • Zest of 8 large oranges

  • 2 cups (473 ml) brandy

  • ½ cup (118 ml) ultrafine sugar

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set the Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180°F.

  • Step 2

    Add all ingredients to a plastic zip-seal bag and cook for 90 minutes.
