  • 1 beef tenderloin/filet mignon steak

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC

  • Step 2

    Season beef with salt and pepper. Place in ziplock bag or vacuum sealed bag.

  • Step 3

    Place in water bath and sous vide for 2 hours.

      Remove steak from bag, using paper towel, pat surface dry.

    • Step 1

      Heat cast-iron skillet over high heat. Place steak in pan and sear for 1 minute on each side.
