Ingredients
- 1 beef tenderloin/filet mignon steak
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
- Season beef with salt and pepper. Place in ziplock bag or vacuum sealed bag.
- Place in water bath and sous vide for 2 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Remove steak from bag, using paper towel, pat surface dry.
- Heat cast-iron skillet over high heat. Place steak in pan and sear for 1 minute on each side.
