Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
  2. Season beef with salt and pepper. Place in ziplock bag or vacuum sealed bag.
  3. Place in water bath and sous vide for 2 hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove steak from bag, using paper towel, pat surface dry.
  2. Heat cast-iron skillet over high heat. Place steak in pan and sear for 1 minute on each side.
