Ingredients for 0

  • 5 Egg Yolks

  • 2 Cups Cream

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

  • Pinch of salt

  • Extra sugar for caramelization

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat sous vide water to 179* F.

  • Step 2

    Mix all ingredients until cramy

  • Step 3

    Once well- blended, divide into 8 oz wide mouth jars. Do not over-fill, make sure to leave at least ¾ to the top.
