Ingredients
- 5 Egg Yolks
- 2 Cups Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- Pinch of salt
- Extra sugar for caramelization
Directions
- Preheat sous vide water to 179* F.
- Mix all ingredients until cramy
- Once well- blended, divide into 8 oz wide mouth jars. Do not over-fill, make sure to leave at least ¾ to the top.
