Lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129.0ºF / 53.9ºC.

Step 2
Season both sides of the patties with lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt and vac seal in your preferred method. (I did 4 in a large food saver bag at one time) Sv for one hour.

Pre heat gas grill to THE MAX temp you can. Sear on each side for no more than one minute per side. Add cheese if desired after flipping.
