Sous Vide Burgers
Used 85/15 pre made burgers from bjs
Sealed up seasoned burgers ahead of time in 2 packs (in smaller food saver bags) and 4 packs (in larger food saver bags). Can be cooked from
Frozen, but add and extra 20-30 min to tie bath time.

Ingredients
- 2-4 pre made burgers
- Lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129.0ºF / 53.9ºC.
- Season both sides of the patties with lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt and vac seal in your preferred method.
(I did 4 in a large food saver bag at one time)
Sv for one hour.
gas Grill
- Pre heat gas grill to THE MAX temp you can.
Sear on each side for no more than one minute per side.
Add cheese if desired after flipping.
