Ingredients for 2

  • 80g oats

  • 1 apple

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 500ml milk

  • Salt

  • Golden syrup

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 70ºC / 158.0ºF

  • Step 2

    Dice the apple

  • Step 3

    Measure out 80g of oats and add to a medium zipper lock bag with the diced apple and a pinch of salt

  • Step 4

    Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and 500ml of milk to the bag and mix it all together

  • Step 5

    Place the bag in the water and set the timer for 1 hour

    • Time to serve

      Transfer the mixture from the bag to a bowl

    • Step 1

      Add a generous amount of Golden Syrup

    • Step 2
