Sous Vide BBQ Ribs

Ingredients for 1
1 rack of spare ribs
BBQ rub of your choice
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155ºF / 68.3ºC
Season ribs with BBQ rub. Place in vacuum bag or resealable ziplock bag. (cutting ribs into portions of necessary)
Place in water bath and sous vide for 24 hours.
Remove ribs from bag. Pat surface dry.
Heat grill or smoker to 400°F / 205°C. Place ribs on grill for 5-10 minutes, basting twice with BBQ sauce until caramelized and charred.
