Sous Vide BBQ Ribs

These aren't your typical Kansas City BBQ ribs...they're better. With only a few minutes of grill time, it's a super-convenient way to get perfect ribs on the table with minimal effort.

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155ºF / 68.3ºC
  2. Season ribs with BBQ rub. Place in vacuum bag or resealable ziplock bag. (cutting ribs into portions of necessary)
  3. Place in water bath and sous vide for 24 hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove ribs from bag. Pat surface dry.
  2. Heat grill or smoker to 400°F / 205°C. Place ribs on grill for 5-10 minutes, basting twice with BBQ sauce until caramelized and charred.
