Ingredients for 12

  • 12 Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese (Low-Fat)

  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

  • 2 T Melted Butter

  • 10 Slices Cooked Bacon

  • 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172.0ºF / 77.8ºC.

  • Step 2

    Add cooked bacon to 4 oz. mason jar.

  • Step 3

    Add cheddar cheese to mason jar

  • Step 4

    Add remaining ingredients to blender, and blend on low speed for 30 seconds

  • Step 5

    Pour mixture into cups and finger tighten lids.

  • Step 6

    Fully submerge and cook for 1 hour.

  • Step 7

    Enjoy right away or refrigerate immediately, and enjoy for up to a week.
