Ingredients for 12
12 Eggs
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese (Low-Fat)
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
2 T Melted Butter
10 Slices Cooked Bacon
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172.0ºF / 77.8ºC.

Add cooked bacon to 4 oz. mason jar.

Add cheddar cheese to mason jar

Add remaining ingredients to blender, and blend on low speed for 30 seconds

Pour mixture into cups and finger tighten lids.

Fully submerge and cook for 1 hour.
