Sous Vide Bacon Cheddar Egg bites

Ingredients
- 12 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese (Low-Fat)
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 T Melted Butter
- 10 Slices Cooked Bacon
- 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172.0ºF / 77.8ºC.
- Add cooked bacon to 4 oz. mason jar.
- Add cheddar cheese to mason jar
- Add remaining ingredients to blender, and blend on low speed for 30 seconds
- Pour mixture into cups and finger tighten lids.
- Fully submerge and cook for 1 hour.
- Enjoy right away or refrigerate immediately, and enjoy for up to a week.
