2 racks pork baby back ribs
Mustard
Pork spice rub
Serious love for ribs!
Directions

Step 1
Remove membrane from back of ribs

Step 2
Rub generously with mustard and pork spice rub

Step 3
Seal ribs in air tight vacuum bag.

Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.

Place bag into water and cook for 20 hours

Grill Or Broiler

Remove ribs from bag and pour out liquid

Add more pork spice rub

Step 2
Sear on grill or in broiler till slightly crispy outside

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
