Ingredients
- 2 racks pork baby back ribs
- Mustard
- Pork spice rub
- Serious love for ribs!
Directions
- Remove membrane from back of ribs
- Rub generously with mustard and pork spice rub
- Seal ribs in air tight vacuum bag.
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
- Place bag into water and cook for 20 hours
Grill Or Broiler
- Remove ribs from bag and pour out liquid
- Add more pork spice rub
- Sear on grill or in broiler till slightly crispy outside
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
