Temperature : 145F / 62.8C

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove membrane from back of ribs
  2. Rub generously with mustard and pork spice rub
  3. Seal ribs in air tight vacuum bag.
  4. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
  5. Place bag into water and cook for 20 hours

Grill Or Broiler

  1. Remove ribs from bag and pour out liquid
  2. Add more pork spice rub
  3. Sear on grill or in broiler till slightly crispy outside
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
