Ingredients for 3
1 fresh trout
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 lemon
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
Pinch of salt
Parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova cooker to 125 degrees.

Step 2
While Anova cooker is heating place all ingredients in a large gallon bag. Squeeze half a lemon into the bag also. Squeeze the bag a couple times so everything is mixed together.

Place the bag in the water bath. Set the timer for 30 minutes.

Take the bag out carefully and sear each side for 2 minutes. Be careful because the fish is slippery.

Pour everything else in the bag onto the fish and garnish with parsley. Add salt and pepper to liking and squeeze the rest of the lemon on the fish.
