A5 Wagyu Blocks
Canola oiling for sear
Set Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129°F / 53.9°C
Place beef in resealable ziplock bag or vacuum bag.
Place in water bath and sous vide for 2 hours.
Remove steak from bag. Thoroughly pat dry.
Heat cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add oil. Sear steak for 30-45 seconds on each side. Slice and serve!
