Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167ºF / 75.0ºC

Once Sous Vide reaches 167°F, gently place eggs into the water bath.

Set timer and cook eggs for 13 minutes.

While the eggs are cooking, you can prepare the bacon in a skillet or your preferred method and then set it aside (optional).

Remove eggs from water and let them rest for a few moments, allowing the egg whites to firm up while the yolk maintains its luxurious, liquid allur.
