  • Bacon (Optional Garnish)

  • Olive Oil (Optional Seasoning)

  • Salt (Optional Seasoning)

  • Pepper (Optional Seasoning)

  • Red Pepper Flakes (Optional Seasoning)

  • Parsley (Optional Seasoning)

  • Sesame Seeds (Optional Seasoning)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167ºF / 75.0ºC

  • Step 2

    Once Sous Vide reaches 167°F, gently place eggs into the water bath.

  • Step 3

    Set timer and cook eggs for 13 minutes.

  • Step 4

    While the eggs are cooking, you can prepare the bacon in a skillet or your preferred method and then set it aside (optional).

  • Step 5

    Remove eggs from water and let them rest for a few moments, allowing the egg whites to firm up while the yolk maintains its luxurious, liquid allur.
