  • Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • Cream of Onion Soup

  • Worchestershire Sauce

  • Dry Seasonings

  • Milk

  • French's Crispy Fried Onions

Directions

  • Step 1

    Sous Vide 6 1 1/2 lb. pork chops at 146 for approx 1 1/2 hours.

  • Step 2

    Remove, drain, pat dry pork chops. Sear pork chops to liking. Integrate pork chops with blended sauce for 2-3 hours in slow cooker. Remove pork chops and serve them with sauce and preferred side like pasta, rice, etc. Garnish pork chops with the fried onions.
