  1. Sous Vide 6 1 1/2 lb. pork chops at 146 for approx 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Remove, drain, pat dry pork chops. Sear pork chops to liking. Integrate pork chops with blended sauce for 2-3 hours in slow cooker. Remove pork chops and serve them with sauce and preferred side like pasta, rice, etc. Garnish pork chops with the fried onions.
