Ingredients for 10
- 10lb pork shoulder 
- Barbecue Rub 
- White Vinegar 
- Oven Bag 
Directions
- 
                              Step 1Season the outside of the pork shoulder with barbecue rub, then put into the barbecue for 4 hours at 180 degrees. 
- 
                              Step 2Once pork shoulder has been in for 4 hours and developed its smoke ring, preheat your Anova to 185 and reseason on the outside with some fresh BBQ Rub.

                        Step 3Move pork shoulder to an oven bag and then into the Anova bath for 26 hours. 
- 
                              Step 4Preheat barbecue or oven to 400 degrees. Gently slide pork shoulder from bag into a foil-lined pan (It will be falling apart).

                Finishing Steps
- 
                              Step 0Season shoulder with a small amount of bbq rub. Cook for 45 minutes to add a bit of crust to the outside. Once done, move to a large bowl and pull apart with tongs.
