  • Sweet chilly sauce

  • Silan

  • Onion powder

  • Favorite dry rub

  • Kosher salt

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 67ºC / 152.6ºF

  • Step 2

    Coock sous vide 24hrs @ 67c

  • Step 3

    Apply seasoning amd dry rub. Rest for 2 hours.
