- Short ribs 2kg, cut with wide bone in
- Sweet chilly sauce
- Silan
- Onion powder
- Favorite dry rub
- Kosher salt
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 67ºC / 152.6ºF
- Coock sous vide 24hrs @ 67c
- Apply seasoning amd dry rub.
Rest for 2 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Smoke 2.5 hrs @ 110c
