Ingredients for 8

  • 1.5kg Smoked Gammon Joint

  • 1 Star Anise

  • 5 Whole Peppercorns

  • 1 Bay Leaf

  • 2 Teaspoons Djion Mustard

  • 2 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup

Directions

  • Step 1

    Coat the gammon in mustard and golden syrup.

  • Step 2

    Add all ingredients to SV bag and cook for 5 hours @ 150f

      Remove from bag and pat dry. Coat in Golden Syrup.

    • Step 1

      Cook in a hot oven until glaze in Golden. Add a second coat of glaze if needed.
