Directions

  1. Coat the gammon in mustard and golden syrup.
  2. Add all ingredients to SV bag and cook for 5 hours @ 150f

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove from bag and pat dry. Coat in Golden Syrup.
  2. Cook in a hot oven until glaze in Golden. Add a second coat of glaze if needed.
