Ingredients
- 1.5kg Smoked Gammon Joint
- 1 Star Anise
- 5 Whole Peppercorns
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 Teaspoons Djion Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup
Directions
- Coat the gammon in mustard and golden syrup.
- Add all ingredients to SV bag and cook for 5 hours @ 150f
Finishing Steps
- Remove from bag and pat dry. Coat in Golden Syrup.
- Cook in a hot oven until glaze in Golden. Add a second coat of glaze if needed.
