Seal bag with tenderloins and marinade. Drop bag into water bath at 135F for 2 hours Preheat grill to very hot Remove tenderloins from bag Pat the meat dry Place meat on grill to sear (1-2 minutes, maximum) Remove from grill. Eat and enjoy!
