Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin
- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Vinegar
- Salt
Directions
- Slice tenderloin cross grain, about 1-inch thick
Put tenderloin in marinade
Let stand in marinade for a few hours
Transfer tenderloin slices into sous vide bag with a small amount of marinade.
Seal bag with tenderloins and marinade.
Drop bag into water bath at 135F for 2 hours
Preheat grill to very hot
Remove tenderloins from bag
Pat the meat dry
Place meat on grill to sear (1-2 minutes, maximum)
Remove from grill.
Eat and enjoy!
