Sirloin tip roast - bone in
1 package onion soup mix
1 package Au Jus gravy mix
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.

Combine onion soup mix and Au Jus gravy mix. Rub on all sides of roast

Step 3
Place in ziplock bag, remove air and seal.

Place in water.

Oven Roast

Remove roast from ziplock bag. Pat dry with paper towels. Place roast in uncovered roasting pan.

Step 1
Retain juices to make gravy.

Step 2
Heat oven to 450*F

Step 3
Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4
When seared enough, remove from oven, remove bone, slice and serve.
