Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
  2. Combine onion soup mix and Au Jus gravy mix. Rub on all sides of roast
  3. Place in ziplock bag, remove air and seal.
  4. Place in water.

Oven Roast

  1. Remove roast from ziplock bag. Pat dry with paper towels. Place roast in uncovered roasting pan.
  2. Retain juices to make gravy.
  3. Heat oven to 450*F
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  5. When seared enough, remove from oven, remove bone, slice and serve.
