Ingredients
- Sirloin tip roast - bone in
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 package Au Jus gravy mix
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
- Combine onion soup mix and Au Jus gravy mix. Rub on all sides of roast
- Place in ziplock bag, remove air and seal.
- Place in water.
Oven Roast
- Remove roast from ziplock bag. Pat dry with paper towels. Place roast in uncovered roasting pan.
- Retain juices to make gravy.
- Heat oven to 450*F
- Cook for 10-15 minutes.
- When seared enough, remove from oven, remove bone, slice and serve.
