Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.

Season the steak with salt and pepper and seal in water tight bag

Place steak in the water bath and cook for 2 hours

Step 4
Remove steak from bag and pat dry. Use a small amount of butter to lightly cover the steak at dry. Season with salt and pepper

Sear at high temperature for 1 minute each side
