  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper and seal in water tight bag
  3. Place steak in the water bath and cook for 2 hours
  4. Remove steak from bag and pat dry. Use a small amount of butter to lightly cover the steak at dry. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Sear at high temperature for 1 minute each side

  1. Slice and and serve when hot
  2. Eat and enjoy
  3. Clean up
