Ingredients
- 1.5” Sirloin Steak
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper and seal in water tight bag
- Place steak in the water bath and cook for 2 hours
- Remove steak from bag and pat dry. Use a small amount of butter to lightly cover the steak at dry. Season with salt and pepper
- Sear at high temperature for 1 minute each side
- Slice and and serve when hot
- Eat and enjoy
- Clean up
