Sirloin steak thick cut about 450g
Black pepper heaped t-spoon
Garlic powder heaped t-spoon
Salt ( table salt ) heaped t-spoon or less ( to your taste ) but no more.

Mix pepper, garlic and salt. Cover steak with mix evenly. Place it into the fridge over night. Sous vide your steak at 235F or 120F for rare for 2 hours and 30 minutes but no longer.

Grill your steak on the highest heat you can get for the nice crust. I use Ninja grill at 265F for about 7 minutes.
