Ingredients for 2

  • Sirloin steak thick cut about 450g

  • Black pepper heaped t-spoon

  • Garlic powder heaped t-spoon

  • Salt ( table salt ) heaped t-spoon or less ( to your taste ) but no more.

Directions

  • Step 1

    Mix pepper, garlic and salt. Cover steak with mix evenly. Place it into the fridge over night. Sous vide your steak at 235F or 120F for rare for 2 hours and 30 minutes but no longer.

      Grill your steak on the highest heat you can get for the nice crust. I use Ninja grill at 265F for about 7 minutes.
