Ingredients
- Sirloin steak thick cut about 450g
- Black pepper heaped t-spoon
- Garlic powder heaped t-spoon
- Salt ( table salt ) heaped t-spoon or less ( to your taste ) but no more.
Directions
- Mix pepper, garlic and salt.
Cover steak with mix evenly.
Place it into the fridge over night.
Sous vide your steak at 235F or 120F for rare for 2 hours and 30 minutes but no longer.
Finishing Steps
- Grill your steak on the highest heat you can get for the nice crust.
I use Ninja grill at 265F for about 7 minutes.
