Ingredients for 2

  • 250-300 grams chicken (per person, per serving)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Garlic powder

Directions

  • Step 1

    Attach the sous vide cooker to the side of the container and fill with hot wafer. Turn on the cooker and set to 60 degrees Celsius/140 degrees Fahrenheit and 1 hour cook time

  • Step 2

    Add the seasoning to a zip lock bag

  • Step 3

    Add the chicken to the zip lock bag. 1 serving (250grams to 300grams) per bag. Massage chicken into seasoning ensuring thoroughly covered.

  • Step 4

    Half seal the bag then just before the water reaches temperature start to place the chicken in the water and using the water displacement method, create a vacuum around the chicken breast. Once vacuum creates, seal the other half.

  • Step 5

    Once cooked, remove from cooker and slice chicken into strips
