Ingredients
- 250-300 grams chicken (per person, per serving)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
Directions
- Attach the sous vide cooker to the side of the container and fill with hot wafer. Turn on the cooker and set to 60 degrees Celsius/140 degrees Fahrenheit and 1 hour cook time
- Add the seasoning to a zip lock bag
- Add the chicken to the zip lock bag. 1 serving (250grams to 300grams) per bag. Massage chicken into seasoning ensuring thoroughly covered.
- Half seal the bag then just before the water reaches temperature start to place the chicken in the water and using the water displacement method, create a vacuum around the chicken breast. Once vacuum creates, seal the other half.
- Once cooked, remove from cooker and slice chicken into strips
