  1. Attach the sous vide cooker to the side of the container and fill with hot wafer. Turn on the cooker and set to 60 degrees Celsius/140 degrees Fahrenheit and 1 hour cook time
  2. Add the seasoning to a zip lock bag
  3. Add the chicken to the zip lock bag. 1 serving (250grams to 300grams) per bag. Massage chicken into seasoning ensuring thoroughly covered.
  4. Half seal the bag then just before the water reaches temperature start to place the chicken in the water and using the water displacement method, create a vacuum around the chicken breast. Once vacuum creates, seal the other half.
  5. Once cooked, remove from cooker and slice chicken into strips
