1 lb of Beef Stew Meat
3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoon Mirin
3 Tablespoon Water
1 Thumbsized Piece of ginger grated

Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC

Combine soy sauce, mirin, water and ginger in a ziplock bag

Toss the beef stew meat in the soy-ginger mixture. Massage the meat.

Cook at 140F for 12 hours
