Ingredients
- 1 lb of Beef Stew Meat
- 3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoon Mirin
- 3 Tablespoon Water
- 1 Thumbsized Piece of ginger grated
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC
- Combine soy sauce, mirin, water and ginger in a ziplock bag
- Toss the beef stew meat in the soy-ginger mixture. Massage the meat.
- Cook at 140F for 12 hours
