  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC
  2. Combine soy sauce, mirin, water and ginger in a ziplock bag
  3. Toss the beef stew meat in the soy-ginger mixture. Massage the meat.
  4. Cook at 140F for 12 hours
