  • 3-4 egg yolks (60 grams)

  • Unsalted butter, melted (60 grams)

  • Whole milk (60 grams)

  • Salt (4 grams)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients by either whisking together or using a blender.

  • Step 2

    Place in a zip-top bag and remove air through the water displacement method.

  • Step 3

    Cook for 30 minutes.
