  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1tbs olive oil

  • 2 tbs butter

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 123.8ºF / 51.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Mix scallops, salt, pepper and olive oil gently in bag

  • Step 3

    Cook for 30 mins

  • Step 4

    Melt two tbs of butter in cast iron. Once butter stops bubbling sear scallops for 40 secs to 1 min on each side
