  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 123.8ºF / 51.0ºC.
  2. Mix scallops, salt, pepper and olive oil gently in bag
  3. Cook for 30 mins
  4. Melt two tbs of butter in cast iron. Once butter stops bubbling sear scallops for 40 secs to 1 min on each side
