Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs butter
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 123.8ºF / 51.0ºC.
- Mix scallops, salt, pepper and olive oil gently in bag
- Cook for 30 mins
- Melt two tbs of butter in cast iron. Once butter stops bubbling sear scallops for 40 secs to 1 min on each side
