  • Paper Towel wet

  • Hard brown sugar

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place the paper towel into the sous vide bag with the hard brown sugar, then evacuate the air.

  • Step 2

    Place into the sous vide and set the timer. I did about 1/2 pound and it softened in about two hours!
