- Paper Towel wet
- Hard brown sugar
Directions
- Place the paper towel into the sous vide bag with the hard brown sugar, then evacuate the air.
- Place into the sous vide and set the timer. I did about 1/2 pound and it softened in about two hours!
Finishing Steps
- The sugar should be softened when it’s finished
