Ingredients for 1
1 lbs of Wild Salmon
Salt to taste
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 122.5ºF / 50.3ºC.
Seasoned salmon and place in vacuum seal bag, and refrigerator for 1 hour
Add to anova and set temperature.
After 45-50 min remove and let set for 10 min before serving
Let set and server after 10 min
