- Slice lemon
- 1 lbs of Wild Salmon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Paparika
- Mint
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 122.5ºF / 50.3ºC
- Seasoned salmon and place in vacuum seal bag, and refrigerator for 1 hour
- Add to anova and set temperature.
- After 45-50 min remove and let set for 10 min before serving
