Ingredients for 1

  • 3 lb. salmon (about 6 salmon filets)

  • 1-2 T. olive oil

  • Salt

  • 6 T. honey

  • 3. T. orange juice

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 T. thyme (fresh, stems removed and chopped)

  • 1.5 T. rosemary (fresh, stems removed and chopped)

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced in rounds

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC

  • Step 2

    Prepare salmon. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt; rub salmon lightly, distributing the oil and salt.

  • Step 3

    In a small bowl combine, honey, orange juice, garlic, thyme and rosemary.

  • Step 4

    Put two pieces into each bag, side by side. Spread honey garlic mixture over the top of each piece, and add a slice of orange.

  • Step 5

    Refrigerate salmon for half an hour, then process in Anova.

      The salmon is ready to serve. Carefully remove from bag. I served this with saffron rice and broccoli. Enjoy!
