Salmon with honey, garlic and herbs

This is a sou vide salmon with a honey, garlic, orange and herb mixture.

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
  2. Prepare salmon. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt; rub salmon lightly, distributing the oil and salt.
  3. In a small bowl combine, honey, orange juice, garlic, thyme and rosemary.
  4. Put two pieces into each bag, side by side. Spread honey garlic mixture over the top of each piece, and add a slice of orange.
  5. Refrigerate salmon for half an hour, then process in Anova.

  1. The salmon is ready to serve. Carefully remove from bag. I served this with saffron rice and broccoli. Enjoy!
