Salmon with honey, garlic and herbs
This is a sou vide salmon with a honey, garlic, orange and herb mixture.

Ingredients
- 3 lb. salmon (about 6 salmon filets)
- 1-2 T. olive oil
- Salt
- 6 T. honey
- 3. T. orange juice
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 T. thyme (fresh, stems removed and chopped)
- 1.5 T. rosemary (fresh, stems removed and chopped)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced in rounds
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
- Prepare salmon. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt; rub salmon lightly, distributing the oil and salt.
- In a small bowl combine, honey, orange juice, garlic, thyme and rosemary.
- Put two pieces into each bag, side by side. Spread honey garlic mixture over the top of each piece, and add a slice of orange.
- Refrigerate salmon for half an hour, then process in Anova.

- The salmon is ready to serve. Carefully remove from bag. I served this with saffron rice and broccoli. Enjoy!
