4 lean pork steaks/chops
2 dried sage leaves crushed
1 tablespoon fresh ground parmesan
1 tablespoon butter

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 144.5ºF / 62.5ºC.

Step 2
Whip butter sage and parmesan and spread evenly over the pork steaks/chops and place in ziploc bag. Place in waterbath for set time.

Remove steaks from ziploc and pat dry. Grill on both sides until desired crispiness is achieved.
