Ingredients for 4

  • 4 lean pork steaks/chops

  • 2 dried sage leaves crushed

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ground parmesan

  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 144.5ºF / 62.5ºC.

  • Step 2

    Whip butter sage and parmesan and spread evenly over the pork steaks/chops and place in ziploc bag. Place in waterbath for set time.

    • Grill

    • Step 0

      Remove steaks from ziploc and pat dry. Grill on both sides until desired crispiness is achieved.
