Ingredients
- 4 lean pork steaks/chops
- 2 dried sage leaves crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground parmesan
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 144.5ºF / 62.5ºC.
- Whip butter sage and parmesan and spread evenly over the pork steaks/chops and place in ziploc bag. Place in waterbath for set time.
Grill
- Remove steaks from ziploc and pat dry. Grill on both sides until desired crispiness is achieved.
