  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 144.5ºF / 62.5ºC.
  2. Whip butter sage and parmesan and spread evenly over the pork steaks/chops and place in ziploc bag. Place in waterbath for set time.

Grill

  1. Remove steaks from ziploc and pat dry. Grill on both sides until desired crispiness is achieved.
