Fresh rump roast (7lbs). Sealed in food saver bag. Set souv vide to 200 degrees for 6 hours.

Ingredients for 8

  • Salt & pepper

  • Garlic rub

  • Montreal spice

  • Worcester shire sauce

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 200.0ºF / 93.3ºC.

    • Remove From Bag

    • Step 1

      Juice in bag made gravy

    • Step 2

      Cut roast & sever! As tender as can be
